PURPOSE:To reduce the size of the probe by providing the titled probe with a contact medium supply port providing to a shoe for holding the probe, driving device fitting part, passage for a contact medium, etc. CONSTITUTION:The probe 1 is equipped with all of a gap adjusting plate 6, gap adjusting shoe 7, contact medium supply port 3, and a driver fitting part 4, etc. Then, the passage 8 for the contact medium is provided along the probe 1, and this passage is linked with a discharge port 9 in the contact surface of the probe 1 through the gap adjusting plate 6 and gap adjusting shoe 7. Further, wedges 10 and 11 for ultrasonic wave transmission and reception, 0 deg. oscillators 12 and 13, a 45 deg. refraction angle oscillator 14, 60 deg. refraction angle oscillator 15, and sound insulator 16 are provided. |
