PURPOSE:To improve vibration proof effect by fixing a either hydraulic cylinder or hydraulic piston to a structure, fixing the other to a vibrator and causing the hydraulic cylinder to generate exciting force which is opposite in phase and equal in amplitude to the vibration of the vibrator. CONSTITUTION:An oil feed pipe 16 is connected to a hydraulic cylinder piston assembly through a servo valve. On the other hand, the hydraulic cylinder 12 is fixed to a structure 10 having high rigidity, and the hydraulic piston 13 is fixed to a vibrator 11. The vibration of the vibrator 11 is detected by a detector 18 and transmitted to a control signal transmitter 17. The control signal transmitter 17 is adapted to control a servo valve 15 so that a hydraulic cylinder piston assembly generates exciting force opposite in phase and equal in amplitude to the vibration of the vibrator. Thus, vibration of the vibrator can be prevented effectively. |
