PURPOSE:To color a food containing L-sorbose in approximately natural gold with luster at low cost, by heat-treating the food. CONSTITUTION:A food such as premixed powder, e.g., hot cake, etc. is blended with preferably <=10wt% L-sorbose. Then, the food is heated and colored in gold. |
