The present invention relates to automatic machines for dispensing playing cards; its subject is an apparatus ensuring the transportation and the automatic placing in a case of a bridge deal, intended to be arranged following an unstacking device which reads a programmed code. The invention also relates to a deal case specially arranged and combined with the apparatus. The apparatus comprises a small conveyor belt 9 driven with a horizontal translational movement corresponding to that of the cards 27 emerging one after the other from the unstacker and which are deposited thereon in a substantially vertical position via their lower edge and brought in front of four small electromagnetic or electromechanical hammers or pushers 22 which strike the lower back of one of the four cards 27 and eject it by slipping its edge outside the surface of the belt 9 into one of the four compartments 39 of the case 28 arranged in a row one after the other through four openings provided on its upper edge. <IMAGE>
