The puzzle has playing pieces which are to be brought together to form a three-dimensional body. The playing pieces comprise identical, right-parallelepipedal, especially cuboid elements, at least one of which is at right angles to the others and which are all situated in a three-dimensional lattice, adjacent elements resting two-dimensionally against one another. In order to make the game easier, without limiting the possibilities for producing complex bodies, provision is made for at least one of the playing pieces to be constructed in an articulated manner, at least two elements being connected via an articulation. In one embodiment, twenty-nine differently shaped playing pieces are provided, each consisting of five cuboid elements. The elements are designed as individual components and connected to one another by means of plug-in connections which are dsigned to be rigid or as the articulation, depending on their position within the piece.
