Catalytic reforming of gasolines

In this process for catalytic reforming at elevated pressure and elevated temperature, gasolines from the group comprising straight-run gasoline, gasoline or naphtha from steam cracking processes or fluid catalytic cracking processes and/or hydrocracking processes are used. For the purpose of extensively restricting or avoiding the addition of lead compounds in the manufacture of carburettor fuels of high anti-knock rating, coal-based reformer feedstocks from the group comprising refined light coal oil, light oil from coal middle oil refining, gasoline from hydrocracking of coal-based middle oil or also gasoline formed in the refining of the total hot separator product from coal hydrogenation, also designated combination gasoline, are added to the mineral oil-based reformer feedstock.
