PURPOSE:To improve sliding and electric characteristics of a small sized motor for eliminating abrasion loss by providing a atmosphere of trimethyl dioxazolidine without bensene ring at an abrasive portion between brushes and a commutator of the motor. CONSTITUTION:A atmosphere of trimethyl diozolidine without bensene ring is provided within a motor housing 15, wherein communtator sliders 3 of brushes 2 and communtator segment 4 have mutual contact in slidable manner. In order to maintain such an atmosphere, a felt 16 is preferably set within housing 15, which is absorbed with the trimethyl diozolidine without bensene ring. With these arrangement, abnormal friction and abrasion damage in the sliders can be avoided, and electric noises can also be decreased. |
