PURPOSE:To automatically perform a side wind test by the operation of a single start switching means, by controlling the start and stop of recording and the opening and closing of the valve of a track drawing jet water by a control means responding to a start signal. CONSTITUTION:A recording means C such as a data recorder is started by a control means B corresponding to the operation of the start switching means A in the vicinity of a handle. Subsequently, a valve is opened through an opening and closing means D by the timing signal outputted by a means 8 at a time when a first set time was elapsed and the track of a car receiving a side wind from a side wind blowing apparatus is drawn by the jet water from the water tank E mounted to the car. Further, the closing of the valve and the stoppage of the means C through the means D are controlled by the timing signal outputted by the means B at a time when a second set time longer than the first set time was elapsed. By this mechanism, the side wind test is automatically performed by the operation of a single start switching means and the enhancement of running safety and the accuracy of test data, the reduction in switch operation mistake frequency can be attained. |
