The regulation device, according to the invention, comprises a control unit for the orders which allow the user to communicate to a device his habits or requirements and to check the temperature of the controlled premises, electric valves, numbering one per premises controlled, which are the actuating element and make it possible to modulate the emission of heat necessary to maintain the programmed temperature, peripheral units, also numbering one per premises controlled which interpret and check the exactness of the orders received from the control unit, control the opening and closing of the electric valves, measure and transmit to the control unit the ambient temperature and, possibly, the temperature of the water of the radiating surfaces controlled and, if billing for the heat is intended, a counting unit which carries out the accounting for the equivalent kWh's consumed. It is characterised in that it uses the electrical installation network existing in the premises as fixed medium for transmission of data by direction of waves.
