PURPOSE: A control method for a cooling apparatus is provided to minimize unnecessary power consumption by stopping quick cooling function as soon as a drawer of the cooling apparatus is drawn out. CONSTITUTION: A control method for a cooling apparatus is as follows. A cooling mode turns on(S11) and a condition of cooling mode outage is detected during the cooling mode(S12). If the condition of cooling mode outage is detected, the supply of current to a driving part is stopped(S13).
