Core-blowing machine

The core-blowing machine has a device with grippers for dismantling the core box, a moulding-sand blowing device which has a press-down cylinder (2), a lifting cylinder (24), a pressure-tight container (12) and a blowing-in device, furthermore a turning device for the core box, and a discharge device for the cores. A frame (19) provided with rails (20, 21) is fastened to a hollow cylinder (16) serving as a piston rod at the press-down cylinder (2), so that the frame (19) is movable up and down in the machine, in order to press the blowing-in device up against the core box. The lifting cylinder (24) is arranged in the hollow cylinder (16) and has a piston rod (25) with a portion (26) which can be brought into engagement with the grippers, in order to dismantle the core box. An operationally reliable and compact core-blowing machine of low overall height is thereby provided. <IMAGE>
