PURPOSE:To enable to make vibration system light and to obtain high sound pressure by connecting a surface material at one side surface of a thin plate which is arranged in a radially from a center to an outer cirlcumference and in which many projected stripe parts having a taper continuously different in the radius direction in the height are formed. CONSTITUTION:A diaphragm, by vacuum-molding a polyallylate resin film with thickness of 100mum, is composed of a core material 10 having a taper with a diameter of 28mm., a central part height of 1.2mm. and an outer circumference part height of 0.5mm. (a convex part of the core material 10 is 10a and a recessed part is 10b) and a surface material 11 which is composed of an aluminum foil (thickness: 20mum) stuck by a polyester type adhesives 12 to a surface connected to one side surface and a concave part 10b of the core material 10. An epoxy resin 13 bonding an upper end part of a voice coil bobbin 14 to a surface connected to a surface projected stripe part 10a to which the surface material 11 is not stuck, and a voice coil 15 installed at a lower end part of the voice coil bobbin 14 are assembled into a magneic circuit of a speaker for a tweeter which reproduces high band frequency. |
