PURPOSE:To raise the connecting strength between two gears, by forming a stepped part at one end of the shaft hole of the first gear, as this stepped part is bigger in diameter than the shaft hole, and has serrations formed on the inner circumferential surface, fitting the expansible tubate part of the second gear into the said stepped part, and expansively changing the shape of the said tubate part. CONSTITUTION:The first gear 10 is made of a rough material formed through molding teeth 10a and a shaft hole 10b in an integrated one body, a stepped part 10c which is bigger in diameter than the shaft hole 10b is formed at one end of this shaft hole 10b, and serrations 11 are formed on the inner circumferential surface of the said stepped part 10c. Then, the second gear 12 is made of a rough material formed through molding outer diameter teeth 12a in an integrated one body, and an expansible tubate part 13 is formed in its shaft hole 12b. When both gears 10, 12 are connected to each other, the expansible tubate part 13 of the second gear 12 is fitted in the stepped part 10c of the first gear 10, and then the concavities 11b of the serrations 11 are filled up with the expansible tubate part 13, by expanding this expansible tubate part 13 in the outer circumferential direction through pushing a mandrel in the said expansible tubate part 13. |
