PURPOSE:To perform careful and wide-ranged regulation of an airflow during cooling and heating, by a method wherein a cooling and heating shifting device, which engages a clutch during cooling operation and disengages it during heating operation, is provided and an airflow altering device is installed, and the clutch is engaged only when shifting is made to the subengine side. CONSTITUTION:When a main switch MSW is made to shift a cooling heating shifting switch 33 to the cooling side, a clutch 30 is engaged through circuits 40 and 41, and a subengine SE is coupled with a compressor CM. An airflow altering switch 32 is shifted to a high contact H, a clutch 22 is engaged, and a power is transmitted to a blower 13 for conditioned air through the output of the engine SE. By shifting the airflow altering switch 32 to a middle contact M or a low contact L, energization to a clutch 22 is disconnected, and a motor M is driven at a middle speed or a low speed. Thus, with the airflow altering switch 32 shifted to the contacts M and L, the blower 13 is driven at a middle speed and a low speed. This causes cooling capacity to be controlled in 3 stages by means of 3 changes in an airflow. |
