<p>PURPOSE:To make the exchange of the titled filter medium easy and to perform mass production by inserting both end edges of a net to perform the injection molding and forming a catalytic filter medium main body in one body together with a clamp plate to assemble it in the lengthwise direction. CONSTITUTION:The central reserved part 27 of a net 26 is incorporated in the inside of a case body 28 in the central part of a jig 31 and both end edges 7, 8 are tacked on a supporting frame 30 of the case body of the jig 31 by means of a magic tape. When a movable mold 19 is brought into press-contact with a fixed mold 23 to close both the two and the injection molding is performed, a synthetic resin is fed under pressure into the cavities 25, 26 from a runner 37 and both the end edges 7, 8 of the net 6 are inserted and molded while the end edges 7, 8 are stretched in the nearly central part of the perforated holes 12, 13. Plural sheets of the filter medium main bodies 2 taken out from the molding mold 11 are made parallel and perforated by penetrating the end edges 7, 8 of net 6 respectively. The filter mediums are hung into the inside of a purifying vessel T by fixing a supporting rod bearing tool to the filter medium support.</p> |
