PURPOSE:To obtain the titled sheet in good workability, by holding a base rubber sheet between a frame body provided wth perforation forming projections and a heated press platen through a release layer and a specific spacer under pressure to apply press molding thereto before releasing pressure and peeling off the release layer. CONSTITUTION:A base green rubber sheet 4 is placed on the top part 9 of a large number of perforation forming projections provided to a frame body 2 and a release sheet 6 and cardboard 7 are placed on said rubber sheet 4 as a release layer in a superposed state. Further, a spacer 10 provided with perforation at the positions corresponding to the top parts 9 of the aforementioned perforation forming projections by drilling is placed on said release layer and a heated press platen 5 is fallen onto said spacer to hold the green rubber sheet 4 under pressure. After the aforementioned rubber sheet 4 generates protruded lump breaking through the release layer, pressure is released and the release layer is peeled off to obtain the objective rubber sheet. |
