PURPOSE:To enable a solar cell with a decorative function to be readily manufactured, by fusion-welding a sheet having a decorative function to a solar cell. CONSTITUTION:A first transparent electrically conductive layer 32, an amorphous semidoncuctor layer 33 and a second transparent electrically conductive layer 34 are successively formed on a light-transmitting insulative substrate 31 to produce a solar cell. A plastic film 36 having a desired decorating pattern 35 formed thereon is bonded to the solar cell. Even when the film 36 is bonded to the light-incident side of the substrate 31, the decorating effect is not deteriorated. In such case, light is introduced from the side of the cell which is closer to the layer 34. |
