PURPOSE:To shorten the manufacturing time bysticking a transparent exhaust tube cover by means of an ultraviolet hardening type resin. CONSTITUTION:An ultraviolet hardening type resin 7 is applied to the faying surface of a transparent exhaust tube cover 6 or on the substrate surrounding an exhaust tube 4, and thereafter the faying surface of the transparent exhaust tube cover 6 is stuck to a display substrate, while being pressed. Next, a sealed substrate with the exhausting tube cover 6 stuck thereto is passed through an ultraviolet irradiation chamber to harden the ultraviolet hardening type resin 7. The resin 7 is hardened in a short time less than 10min when it is irradiated with the ultraviolet rays. Especially, the hardening of the resin 7 is completed in a shorter time by composing the exhaust tube cover 6 with a transparent material. Whereby, it is possible to shorten the manufacturing time. |
