<p>This chopper is intended for the control of a DC motor. It has a bridge structure connected by one diagonal to a load 14 and by the other to a DC voltage supply source 13 with two controlled rectifiers 10, 11 placed in two opposite branches and connected in the passing direction in series with the load, and two freewheel diodes 15, 16 placed in the remaining branches. The two controlled rectifiers 10, 11 are monitored by a control circuit 12 which provides for their periodical switching and, during each switching period, their placing into a conducting state over identical adjustable time spans which are shifted relative to one another by half a switching period. <IMAGE></p> |
