PURPOSE:To perform the welding having high deposition positioning accuracy and excellent welding quality by forming a scrap discharging way on a punching means and by constituting a scrap extrudable to the discharging way by a guide pin. CONSTITUTION:A nut 3 is absorbed on the upper electrode 1 with operating the contact of an absorbing coil electrifier circuit. Since a guide pin 10 is in a projecting condition at the time of the absorption of the nut 3 the positioning is performed correctly by the engagement of the both. For a piercing work the upper electrode 1 is fixed and held in the welding position, a starting signal is given to the solenoid changeover valve corresponding to the hydraulic cylinder 26 for piercing, the punch 25 is moved with ascent and a punching is made on a panel 4. Since the formed scrap is pressure-welded in advance to the guide pin 10, it is pushed into a scrap passage 27 simultaneously with the punching and is discharged outside by a natural fall. |
