PURPOSE:To maintain the stress to be produced in a diaphragm to the minimum by mounting only one of upper or lower cover side spring when securing the diaphragm to the circumferential sections of the upper and lower covers. CONSTITUTION:When securing a diaphragm 4 to the circumferential sections of the upper and lower covers 2, 3 through TIG welding, only one of the upper or lower cover side spring 14, 12 is mounted. Here, the force F balancing with the spring contracted to the lower or upper cover side 3, 2 is previously provided from the opposite side of spring to perform welding while suppressing the stress in the diaphragm to the minimum without applying unnecessary unbalanced load onto the diaphragm 4. Consequently, deformation of diaphragm or variation of the rigidity of spring can be eliminated. |
