PURPOSE:To make pareparation efficient and simple in a preparation device for attaching and detaching a workpiece to and from a pallet, by providing storage sections next to a preparation table, and selecting and controlling workpiece holders to transferring positions. CONSTITUTION:A control section is operated to move drivers 11, 17 in directions 12, 18 in accordance with a prescribed program so that carriers 15, 21 carrying a required workpiece 1 and a required jig 4 are brought and stopped at inlet/ outlet openings 22, 23. A working person 6 then takes out the workpiece 1 and the jig 4, clamps the workpiece by the jig on a pallet 3 on a preparation table 7, moves the pallet onto a circular table located in front of the person and not shown in the drawing, and turns the circular table to move the workpiece to a machining center, the preparation of the workpiece is thus performed efficiently and simply. |
