PROCESS FOR PREPARING CITRIC ACID BY TANGERIN PEELINGS

摘要

A citric acid is prepd. by (a) drying orange peel and pulverizing to obtain the 15-30 mesh powder, (b) mixing the obtd. powder with water, ammonium nitrate and magnesium sulfate, (c) adjusting the mixt. into pH 4-5, (d) innoculating the obtd. mixt. with Aspergillus niger NRRL 2322 and fermenting at 10-35 deg.C for 3 days, and (e) separating citric acid from the fermented broth and purifying to obtain the final product.
