PURPOSE:To effect searching of a target position simply, accurately and instantaneously, by displaying identification and path number of a targeted object, introducing current distance covered as an input and displaying balance distance yet to be covered corresponding to the already introduced data. CONSTITUTION:Into a searching apparatus A, road numbers, targeted object, distance to be covered for the targeted object have already been introduced. By a pressing down of a button 4, the road number display 11 is selected. Pressure on a button 5, selects an object display 21 is selected. Pressures on buttons 6a, 7a, 7b select a current position distance display 31. Pressure on a button 6b, issues a display 32 of distance yet to be covered. For a display 31 of the distance covered for the current position, only such displayed on the road is used, and consequently, the process is simple. When the display 31 is interlinked with a speedometer, the arrival time at the destination is advised also by a buzzer lamp 9, etc. |
