PURPOSE:To reduce noise and vibration, by a method wherein grooves are provided for the outer faces of a core split into two sections to be formed and bearing stands arranged in the direction of the core thrust are provided with salient pieces fitted on grooves. CONSTITUTION:A core 4 for a set of stator blocks Sa, Sb is provided with semi- circular grooves 45 for a space for arranging a rotor R and with grooves 46 for a space for arranging coils 7. The grooves 46 are provided with the both side segments of the coils 7, the both longitudinal ends of which are bent roughly at the angle of 90 deg. in the same direction. And bearing stand blocks Ba, Bb are arranged in a space between the coils 7 on the outer end faces of the core 4 for the stator S by fitting salient pieces 48 on grooves 47, and are fixed with fixing bolts 31 and nuts 35. As the result, the products can be easily assembled, and vibration and noise can be reduced. |
