<p>Virgin plastics granulate of any type is (a) mixed with a liq. dispersant e.g. pure synthetic oil; (b) treated with a mixt. of phosphor pigment to DIN 67510 composed of solidified zinc and inorganics; and (c) melted in an oven and converted into fine threads by an injection process, after which the threads return to the initial granule state, with virtually the same volume.</p> |
