This hose-pinch valve for water or waste-water conduits is characterised in that the hose piece is held at both ends in a sealed manner in the valve housing by expandable internal expansion rings. The internal expansion rings can be placed directly on the ends of the housing, making assembly extremely simple. The internal expansion rings can have a round, flat-rectangular or wedge-shaped cross-section. Situated opposite them in the housing are corresponding grooves corresponding to at least half of their profile cross-section.
