PURPOSE:To simplify the constitution and improve the heating accuracy of the heating table by a method wherein a heating body is arranged so that the end surface thereof is abutted against the side wall of a temperature control unit located and fixed to the upper body of the table in an electric heater utilizing a hot plate. CONSTITUTION:The temperature control unit 28 is attached to the upper body 21 under interposing a compression spring 31 between the outer periperal stepped part 29 of the temperature control unit 28 and the upper body 21 while the temperature control unit 28 is energized toward the side of hot plate 25. A heating element 27 is mounted between the upper and lower bodies 21, 35 by a pawl 33, provided below the heating element 27, and a spring 34 to press it against the hot plate 25 while the notched section 36 of end surface of the heating element 27 is abutted against the outer periphery of the temperature control unit 28. According to this constitution, the temperature control unit and the heating element are arranged in a closely contacting condition, the locating of the unit becomes correct, temperature may be controlled correctly and the optimum heating may be secured. |
