<p>PURPOSE:To bind the middle parts of the sheets of paper on which the image information of original copies is copied by a copying machine into a book by providing a paper-sheet positioning member, paper-sheet tray having an opening, and a binder. CONSTITUTION:The wall plate 52 of a paper-sheet tray 51 is positioned in accordance with the size of a sheet P of paper so that the center part of the sheet P of paper coincides with the center part of an opening 53. The sheets P of paper are pushed to the wall plate 52 and the side wall by width regulating rollers one by one each time when the sheets of paper are supplied onto the paper-sheet tray 51. When all the sheets of paper are accumulated and arranged onto the paper-sheet tray 51, a binder 58 is positioned directly over the opening 53 of the paper-sheet tray 51, and then the binder 58 is lowered. Then, a group Ps of the sheets of paper is pushed by the projection part 59 at the lower edge of the binder 58, and pushed into the opening 53, with the center part in bent state. The sheet of paper is interposed by the rollers 54, 54, 55, and 55 urged by a spring 57 and folded, and lowered onto a receiving seat 60, and formed to a book through binding the miffle part of the sheet by the binder 58.</p> |
