PURPOSE:To reduce the number of light emitting elements and light receiving elements to one by providing a light passage converting member on the pad side or column side. CONSTITUTION:Upon operating a switch 20, of a pad 18 voltage signal pulse modulated in a length corresponding to the kind of electronic apparatus is generated in a transmitter 22, and a light emitting element 25 emits the light signal. This light signal is converted with respect to the number of passages in a light passage converting member 24, sent from opening surfaces 23a, 23b through light communication paths A, B to a light receiving element 35 opposed to the light emitting element through a pivotal track of a spoke portion 7. And the light signal provides desired voltage signal in a receiver 36 to operate various apparatus. |
