PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure superior sliding contact between a webbing guide and a webbing with simple structure. SOLUTION: In a through-anchor 10, a webbing sliding contact face 15 is formed by machining the lower edge of an opening 14 bored in an insert fitting 11, curvedly onto the front side in a figure, and a portion excluding the webbing sliding contact face 15 in the insert fitting 11 is covered with a covering resin 13 molded into a shape indicated by an fictitious line in the figure. |
