PURPOSE:To substantially save electric power consumption and uniformly blast the internal surface of a pipe, by jetting a blast material with air from a nozzle by the air attracting action of an air suction device. CONSTITUTION:A pipe A being an object to be blasted is connected with both an air suction device 9 and a nozzle 3. Next the air suction device 9 is operated both attracting a blast material from a blast material supply device 2 and introducing air in the atmosphere from a supply air pipe 7 by generating a negative pressure in the pipe A with attractive force acting in a blast material conveying pipe 1. The blast material, being carried on a flow of the air supplied in said conveying pipe 1, is allowed to flow toward the nozzle 3, and the blast material accelerated by the nozzle 3 is injected with the air toward an internal surface of the pipe A, blasting this internal surface.
