<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome the problem of low conversion efficiency in a conventional photoelectric conversion device using crystalline semiconductor particles. SOLUTION: In the photoelectric conversion device, semiconductor particles 2 are arranged on a substrate having one electrode layer, and an insulating material is applied among the semiconductor particles 2, while the other electrode is provided on the upper side of the semiconductor particles 2. The plurality of semiconductor particles 2 are so arranged that another semiconductor particle 2 is located on a line X-X crossing at right angels at the center of a line Z-Z that extends between the center of the semiconductor particle 2 and the center of the adjoining semiconductor particle 2.</p> |
