PURPOSE:To run a picture medium in a prescribed direction at a speed with less fluctuation by rotating a drive roller in the number of revolutions in a prescribed direction with less speed fluctuation while the picture medium is clipped between roller pairs. CONSTITUTION:When a motor 34 is driven in the arrow A, a worm gear 33 is rotated in the arrow. When the worm gear 33 is driven in the arrow A, worm wheel 31, 32 are driven in the arrow B at the same number of revolutions and drive rollers 5, 7 are rotated in the arrow B at the same number of revolutions. Then a film is clipped between the roller pairs 4, 5 and 6, 7 and the film is run, then the film 11 is driven at a speed with less speed fluctuation by driving the drive rollers 5, 7 in the direction B at the number of revolutions with less fluctuation.
