The invention relates to an interface and sorting device with very high frequency for a system with differing frequencies. The device consists of a main register A operating at very high frequency, consisting of cells of a first type 1 storing the high levels by grouping them uppermost in the output cells, of a buffer register B similarly storing the high levels occuring behind another high level before entering them anew into the main register, and of a cell of a second type 2, operating at high and low frequencies, enabling the stored binary information to be transferred to a low-frequency system.
