PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool capable of performing high speed rotation for screw loosening and fastening. SOLUTION: This tool is provided in the center thereof with a portion for attaching a core of a screw driver, and a commercially available screw driver can be also used. A wheel is provided to easily rotate the attaching portion. A change type bit is made of magnet to be changed according to a screw type.
