PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aseismic device which is not easily affected by structure of construction and can easily be mounted. SOLUTION: An oil damper 1 is mounted on a pillar 101 and a beam 102. The oil damper comprises an attenuation means 2 to attenuate vibration and two fixing parts 3, 3 which are mounted on both ends of the attenuation means 2 in the attenuation direction and turnably fix the attenuation means 2 to the pillar 101 or beam 102.
