PURPOSE:The titled composition, obtained by dissolving a polyester, etc. having active hydrogen-containing group in the molecular chain and an amino resin, etc. in a solvent, and capable of giving improved shelf life in using for adherends containing polyvinyl chloride. CONSTITUTION:A heat-resistant adhesive composition obtained by dissolving one of (A) a polyester having groups having active hydrogen in the molecular chain or polyester polyurethane having extended chain of the above-mentioned polyester with a polyisocyanate and (B) an amino resin, e.g. molamine-formaldehyde resin, or phenolic resin, e.g. phenol-formaldehyde resin, in a solvent, e.g. ethyl acetate, and usable for adherends containing at least one of polyvinyl chloride.
