PURPOSE:To record data suitable for the guaranty of quality by a method in which measured values are converted into digital amounts and sent out for every shot, and preset standard values to show acceptable quality are compared with the measured values for calculation. CONSTITUTION:Four graphs pertaining to primary injection pressure and time for every short, weighting time, screw position at the end time of injection, and cycling time are concurrently prepared in parallel by a command 1 from an operating panel 2. During or after the execution of the command 1, when a command 2 is given, average values and standard deviations of shot numbers after the execution of the command 1, number of acceptable products, productions rate of acceptable products, and each item are recorded. When a command 3 exclusive of the command 1 execution is given, data on molding conditions other than four items such as P1TM, etc., are recorded. When a command 4 is further given, data on selection conditions of dip switch for selection of paper feeding amount, etc., are recorded. When a command 5 is further given, data on various kinds of monitoring are digitally displayed. |
