PURPOSE:The titled plate capable of identifying genera of microorganisms by a simple operation hygienically, rapidly, and accurately, useful for contributing remedies of early age by using it for identification of germs of infectious diseases, etc., comprising a hydrophilic high polymer layer containing an antibody having specificity to microorganisms on a substrate. CONSTITUTION:The hydrophilic high polymer layer 2 containing an antibody having specificity to microorganisms or it and a bacteriolytic enzyme is fixed to at least one position on the substrate 6, to give the aimed plate. For example, the plate 1 is laminated to the medium 8 in which the colony 7 of the same isolated microorganisms are grown in such a way that it is brought into contact with the layer 2, the microorganisms are cultivated, an antigen-antibody reaction occurs, and the precipitation lines 9 are formed on the periphery of the colony 7, and the lines 9 observed with the naked eye, to identify accurately and genus of mold.
