PURPOSE:To aim at ensuring the supply of fuel upon inclination of a vehicle and at preventing fuel from being pooled on the top surface of a throttle valve, by providing a fuel regulator in which the pressure of fuel is controlled in accordance with a venturi vacuum upstream of the throttle valve, at one side of the lower part of the inclined section in the throttle valve, and by providing an injector eccentrically toward the fuel regulator. CONSTITUTION:Venturies 3, 4 and a fuel injector 11 are disposed in an intake-air passage upstream of a throttle valve 5. A fuel regulator 13 for regulating the pressure of fuel fed to the injector in accordance with the venturi vacuum is arranged at one side of the lower end part of the inclined section in the throttle valve 5, and the injector 11 is positioned, being shifted toward the fuel regulator 13 from the center axis of the intake-air passage 2. With this arrangement, even if the vehicle inclines to a position L1 or L2, the pressure differential between the fuel regulator 13 and the injector 11 becomes h4, h5 so that it is possible to prevent fuel from increasing or decreasing by a large amount. Further, the injected fuel impinges upon the part of the throttle valve lower than the valve shaft thereof. |
