Piloting interface (1) for an electronic static switch (3) such as a lockable thyristor, a lockable transistor switch; said interface is provided between said static switch and a control stage (2) adapted to generate a logic control signal. Said interface comprises a circuit (5) for detecting the voltage between the two power electrodes of the static switch (3) and a piloting circuit (6) receiving the signal issued from the circuit (5) and the control signal; said piloting circuit is adapted to provide for a biasing of the control electrode (3c) of the static switch so that: - said bias corresponds to the locking of the switch when the control signal carries a locking order AND/OR the voltage between the power electrodes is different from 0, - said bias corresponds to the conduction state of the switch when the control signal corresponds to a conduction authorization AND the voltage between the power electrodes is close to 0.
