PURPOSE:To obtain a regulated power supply device having high stability and reliability by controlling a stabilized control part of a regulated power supply at a constant temperature by an electronic cooling device. CONSTITUTION:Electric power from a power source 1 is supplied to a load device 3 through a transducer 2. The transducer 2 is constituted of a thyristor or the like and its output is detected by an output detector 4 and stably controlled through a comparator 8 in a storage box 11 and a driving circuit 10 together with a set point of an output setter 6. To reduce the output variation of the transducer 2 due to temperature change, parts such as signal conversion part 5, 7 and an error amplifier 9 which have high characteristics variation due to temperature are stored said storage box 11 converted with a heat insulating material. In addition, the temperature inside the box 11 is detected by a detector 14 and current is made to flow into a thermoelectric element 13 through a temperature controller 15 on the basis of the detected signal. The thermoelectric element 13 absorbes/discharges heat by Peltier effect in accordance with the supplied current to control the temperature in the box 11 at a fixed reference temperature. |
