PURPOSE:To prevent a rotary pole and a commutator from being abraded, by a method wherein the rotary pole formed in a columnar shape within a rotary brush arranged in an electrode ring rotates automatically and is organized to come in contact with the commutator. CONSTITUTION:When voltage is applied between connecting wires 38, 39, then current flows through an armature winding 22 via an electrode ring 31, 32, a rotary brush a, and a commutator 27, and magnetic force is generated by the armature winding 22, and with the action of the magnetic force of a permanent magnet 25 in addition to the winding 22, a rotor 24 and the commutator 27 start rotating. In this case, a rotary pole 30 formed in a columnar shape within the rotary brush a arranged in an electrode ring 32 rotates automatically and comes in contact with the commutator 27, and so the rotary pole 30 and the commutator 27 are prevented from being abraded and the service life of a motor can be prolonged. |
