PURPOSE:To equalize an adhesive on rotors by interposing thermoplastic adhesive film between a disk type permanent magnet and a bush, and heating it. CONSTITUTION:Powder epoxy resin adhesive is placed on the bonding surface 2 of an aluminum bush 2 in the step of interposing an adhesive film, heating it at hardening temperature or lower to form the film, thereby forming an adhesive film 3. Then, bushes 1, 1' are disposed on both sides of a disk type permanent magnet 4 in the bonding step, the film 3 is heated at the hardening temperature to be bonded. Further, the bush 1 is press-fitted to a rotor 5. Thus, heating means include high frequency heating, heating in a high temperature tank or heating instead of applying local voltage. |
