Provided are a polychloroprene latex having exceptional storage stability and mechanical characteristics after molding, a polychloroprene latex composition, and a dip-molded article using the same. A polychloroprene latex containing 100 parts by mass of modified polychloroprene obtained by copolymerizing chloroprene and a vinyl monomer that contains a carboxyl group in the presence of 1-5 parts by mass of an emulsifier, 0.5-3.5 parts by mass of potassium ions, and an amine compound having a base dissociation constant of 2.0-9.0 in an aqueous solution at 25ºC, the polychloroprene latex having a solids concentration of 38-53 mass% of the total amount of latex and a pH of 7-14. |
