The present invention relates to a rotating electric machine comprising: a stator; a rotor arranged to be able to rotate with respect to the stator; a case having a first and a second case formed by a heat conductive member and arranged to face each other, and arranged outside the stator; a circuit unit mounted on the first or second case; a cooling fan installed in the rotor; and a coolant receiving unit formed to receive coolant on an area for mounting the circuit unit in the first or second case, and cooling the circuit unit by the coolant. Accordingly, an increase in the size and weight of the machine due to a cooling means and a temperature rise in a part of the components are restricted. |
