PURPOSE:To obtain optimal ignition conditions near a knocking zone at all times, by compensating fluctuation in the optimal ignition conditions due to external factors such as temperature. CONSTITUTION:A rotary encoder 11 is connected to a distributor 15, and generates a pulse signal P1 every time a crank shaft passes through a predetermined ignition reference position. A sensor 30 detects external factors fluctuating a knocking zone of an engine 10, and supplies a detection signal Vc as a voltage signal to an A/D converter 31. A microcomputer 20 computes an ignition timing according to the signal P1 to supply an ignition control pulse P2 to an ignition driving circuit 13, and further corrects a control amount of the ignition timing with use of the detection signal Vc as an operational parameter. Accordingly, an ignition timing change curve may be located at a position extremely near the knocking zone at all times to thereby obtain optimal ignition conditions. |
