A vehicle comprises: a storage part which stores a venous pattern lookup table including multiple reference venous pattern images according to the rotation angle of a driver′s hand; an image acquiring part which acquires the image of the driver including the image of the driver′s hand; and a control part which extracts the venous pattern images of the driver′s hand from the driver image, certifies the driver by comparing the venous pattern images with the venous pattern lookup table, and determines a driver motion including one or more from the position, indicating direction, and rotation angle of the driver′s hand on the basis of the venous pattern image. Therefore, the vehicle senses the motion of the driver and recognizes a control command corresponding to the sensed motion. |
