摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable distributed power supply by enhancing the precision of single operation detection using a frequency shift system, and to provide a control program and a control method thereof.SOLUTION: The distributed power supply comprises switching means (switch 20), determination means (processor 24), and control means (control unit 22). The switching means (switch 20) generates an AC output by receiving power supply from a power source, and closes at the time of parallel to supply the AC output to a commercial power supply system (10) and a load (6), and opens at the time of parallel off to interrupt supply to the commercial power supply system (10) and the load (6). The determination means imparts a frequency change to the system voltage by imparting an active signal, and when a state where the frequency of system voltage changes over a range of average frequency continues, increment or decrement of frequency change is fixed for a predetermined time and the frequency of system voltage is monitored to determine the single operation. The control means receives the determination results of single operation from the determination means, and opens the switching means and controls from parallel to parallel off.
